Cookies and storage

MyOfficeDesk does not set any cookies of its own and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It does save information in your browser so the app works. Under the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations this is allowed without consent when it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for.

What we store in your browser

All of these are strictly necessary for features you use, so we do not ask for consent. You can remove them at any time in Settings, using "Log out and clear this device" or "Erase workspace", or by clearing your browser's site data.

Other services

YouTube videos in the knowledge base use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player only loads after you choose to play a video on this page. When it loads, Google may store information on your device and collect data under Google's privacy policy. Video thumbnails load from Google's image servers.
Google Fonts provide the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Business Radio streams from RadioKing only when you press play.
Links to GOV.UK, HMRC, Companies House, banks and other websites take you to sites with their own cookie policies.
